AViTEQ Electromagnetic Vibrators are used in a variety of ways in the field of vibration technology. When precise metering of bulk materials is required, our electromagnetic vibrators are ideal for use in vibratory equipment drives.

Error-free metering accuracy, instant start/stop, precisely controlled bulk material flow, completely maintenance-free (no bearings to be lubricated regularly). Our electromagnetic vibrators are available in a wide range of models, adapted to the grid: 25, 33, 50, 100 Hz for operation in 50 Hz grids and 30, 40, 60, 120 Hz for 60 Hz grids. In addition, our explosion-proof products are ATEX certified for applications in explosion-endangered areas, while other special versions are available, such as electromagnetic vibrators designed for tropical countries and humid coastal areas.

Combined with AViTEQ’s controller technology, the vibratory equipment is always in precise working order, so that the conveying and screening of bulk materials can be accomplished smoothly.
