Discharging bulk materials from silos and other containers can sometimes be challenging. Many bulk materials do not flow out of the outlet on their own. To ensure a steady flow of materials, they must be made to flow. AViTEQ vibration technology can shake loose bulk materials and prevent them from sticking to the silo walls. This is achieved by applying external forces to the friction between the material particles, causing the material to become active. AViTEQ Silo Wall Vibrators reduce the static friction between the bulk material and the silo wall through periodic impacts. Our vibration systems are also used to loosen adhered bulk materials by vibrating chutes and chutes.
