Reliably loosen bulk solids

When emptying silos and other storage containers containing coal, lime, cement, sand or even grain, the adhesive forces between the wall and the bulk material can cause problems when emptying without residue. Material residues must then be loosened to prevent caking on the walls. This is done with the help of vibration technology. AViTEQ Hopper vibrators reduce the static friction between the bulk material and the wall through periodic impacts. Our vibration systems are also used to knock out molds or to loosen adhering bulk materials by shaking chutes and downpipes.

To prevent damage to the silos or containers, AViTEQ hopper vibrators must be individually adapted with regard to the vibration intensity and the periodic duty cycle. This also applies to the specific properties of the bulk material in order to remove all residues as completely as possible. This is why AViTEQ rarely supplies “off-the-shelf” products.
