In close collaboration with its partner Talleres Losan, AViTEQ has successfully sold and installed a complete feldspar processing and conveying system in Spain.
In the north of Madrid, our loyal customers are utilizing this equipment to process feldspar, quartz sand and potassium feldspar. These high-quality products are in high demand in the glass and ceramics industries, as well as in the construction additives and foundry sectors.
What is so special about our conveying systems? For example, we use vibratory tubes instead of traditional screw conveyor systems, which are not only less abrasive but also low-maintenance. Each tube can be up to 9 meters long, and longer distances can be achieved by combining multiple tubes, providing our customers with a high degree of flexibility and efficiency.
And that’s not all! Our customer also equipped this conveying system with a dewatering screen to further process the product and optimize the quality.
