Vibration Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of AEG Group (1887) established in 1939 and officially renamed as AViTEQ Vibration Technologies Limited in 1998.

Then and now
The history of AViTEQ Vibration Technology Co., Ltd. in Germany dates back to 1939, when AEG Vibration Technology Co., Ltd. was part of the AEG Group until it was privatized through a management buyout in 2006.

Technical Department/Powder Laboratory
In the newly designed 100-square-meter laboratory, we carry out a step-by-step inspection of the planned equipment. Also here we test our customers' materials according to the nature of the processing task, and this laboratory for the research of various bulk material applications can judge, for example, the actual conveying and screening performance of the material. By measuring the bulk density, particle size distribution and surface moisture content of the material, we can provide a complete vision for the optimization of our solution.
Numerical analysis of the finite element method (FEM)
Numerical analysis of the finite element method has proven to be very helpful in improving product and component design. Avitec also relies on this modern means of simulation. With its help, we can constantly discover hidden weak points and eliminate them. However, the use of FEM is not the only means for us, and it is usually based on software analysis to further optimize costs to maximize the satisfaction of our customers.
Powder database
From oxyphase silica to cellulose, from bauxite to quartz powder and xanthan resin – Avitec's powder database contains the main characteristic parameters of around 1,000 different materials. This database combines completed test data with countless engineering practices, which are invaluable to us, and thanks to more than 70 years of experience in bulk material handling, our engineers can design more cost-effective and compact equipment.
Quality
AVITEQ's factories in Hattersheim and Oberboihingen are certified according to the DIN ISO9001 system. All internal processes are continuously monitored by the respective certification bodies. For our suppliers, we also pay great attention to their quality control. Approximately 80% of our suppliers are audited by our quality management team or certified by a professional certification body in accordance with the DIN ISO9001 system. In order to meet the growing demand for international safety norms, we offer important safety certifications for our equipment and components, such as ATEX, CSA and GOST-R for our equipment and components. As a member of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG), we fully comply with all standards for certain industries that require hygiene.
