Design and how it works

The vibrating plate adopts the principle of double-mass resonance, and its drive part contains components that generate vibration, such as electromagnets, leaf spring groups, etc. The arrangement of the leaf springs determines the direction of conveying, and our vibrating plate uses the letter "R" to indicate clockwise feeding; The letter "L" is used to indicate counterclockwise feeding, and the feeding direction must be indicated when placing an order. The installation between the drive and the upper feed tray is removable. When it is necessary to sort and arrange the workpieces, special "traps" are installed on the feed tray. The optimized design structure of the vibrating plate and the characteristics of its double-mass vibrating system ensure the stability of its conveying, and it is independent of the size of the material load. The vibrating disc drive is supported by rubber pads, and vibrations can hardly be transmitted to the surrounding environment.

Drive selection

  When selecting the right micro feeder drive, the customer must have a clear idea of the weight of the conveyor (also known as the working body) that will be mounted on the drive, and this weight must not exceed the allowable operating weight range for each drive.
