  AViTEQ Unbalance-motorAs a drive, it is suitable for all kinds of vibratory feeding devices. Vibratory drive systems are the preferred solution for vibratory conveying solutions in a wide range of industries, especially when large quantities of bulk material need to be conveyed.

Design & Application

The AViTEQ motor is a three-phase induction motor with eccentric blocks mounted at both ends of the extended motor shaft to generate centrifugal force, and the centrifugal force can be adjusted by adjusting the angle between the eccentric blocks when the motor is not working. The centrifugal force generated when the motor rotates drives the vibration of the working body (tank, table, or other form) and bulk materials.
With operating torques ranging from 0.1 kgcm to 2,763 kgcm and centrifugal forces of up to 119 KN, AViTEQ's vibrating motors can drive vibrating devices up to 11 tons.
The AViTEQ vibration motors can be arranged in a circular, elliptical or linear manner.

• When two vibrating motors rotate in parallel in the opposite direction, a linear vibration trajectory is generated (e.g. for trough or tubular feeders);
• When a single vibrating motor is arranged at the center of gravity of the equipment, a circumferential vibration trajectory is generated (such as a vibrating screen);
• When a single vibrating motor is arranged outside the center of gravity of the equipment, an elliptical vibration trajectory is generated (e.g. bin vibrator);
