Construct features

The AViTEQ electromagnetic vibrating disc is frequency modulated according to a dual-mass vibrating system, and its drive part contains components that generate vibrations, such as electromagnets and leaf spring groups. The arrangement of the leaf spring group determines the direction of the material, the "R" in the model number indicates the clockwise direction, and the "L" indicates the counterclockwise direction, and the direction of the material must be clear when ordering. Removable between the storage tray and the drive at the bottom. When the vibrating tray is used for part sorting or automatic part positioning, a special "trap" is required in the storage tray. The double-mass design and optimized design of these vibrating discs ensure a stable transport of the components, regardless of the load size in the storage tray. The AViTEQ motor vibrating plate, also known as the blank vibrating plate, is driven by two cross-arranged vibrating motors, which is suitable for mass production of large parts such as castings and forgings after the arrangement and sequentially feeds the next process, and the wear-resistant lining plate can be set in the storage tray according to the characteristics of the parts. The cavity of the storage tray is filled with a special sound-absorbing material, which can effectively reduce the impact of noise on the environment.
