Unbalance-exciter

AViTEQ eccentric shakers are suitable for driving medium to large vibrating equipment to produce linear vibrations. They are designed for continuous operation at 100% centrifugal force output. These shakers can be connected in series with any number of shakers to achieve greater working torque.

Design and application

The housing of the AViTEQ eccentric shaker is a casting with a vibrating structure. The two shafts mounted on the 4 ball bearings are synchronized by a pair of gears, and the extension of each shaft is fitted with eccentric force blocks, which are driven by an external motor to force synchronous rotation and the exciter will output a linear force. The magnitude of the excitation force can be achieved by increasing or decreasing the counterweight on the eccentric block.
