Vibrating-fluid-bed-system

  AViTEQ vibratory fluidized beds are commonly used in drying processes after material mixing, granulation and dewatering processes. Compared with the ordinary fluidized bed, because it is assisted by vibration in the process of material heating, drying or cooling, it is conducive to the turbulence of the boundary layer, strengthens the heat and mass transfer through the material, and ensures that the equipment works under stable fluid mechanics conditions. In addition to the excellent drying/cooling functions, the vibratory fluidized bed can also be equipped with additional granulation, cooling, screening and conveying functions depending on the process.
