In the production of chewable sugar, the discharge chamber of the vacuum conveyor conveying the chewable candy is emptied in a cycle of 3 to 4 minutes. A France design firm designed and built a complete granite processing plant for his France end customer. In the processing plant, the granite stone head has to drain excess water during the various processes. To do this, they needed to find an effective solution that could remove moisture from the media, which would reduce the downtime of the process.
AViTEQ offers customers a dewatering-screen with granularity greater than 2 mm in granite stone, which perfectly fits the AViTEQdewatering-screen application. Compared to the traditional sand and gravel dewatering-screen, the AViTEQdewatering-screen has better performance. The small unbalance-motor is a good dewatering effect, the 6 dewatering-screens are driven by powerful AViTEQ vibration motors, the outlet area is equipped with Hardox 400 liners for wear resistance, and the transversely arranged stencils along the conveyor direction are made up of polyurethane mesh media with a mesh of 4 mm × 23 mm, which can be quickly replaced. In the production process of calcite, the bulk material of coarse granularity is crushed by the grinding ball in the ball mill, and the grinding ball crushes the calcite into very fine parts (95% <30μ), and the friction of the grinding ball in the ball mill makes the temperature of the product mixture reach 110 °C, and the high content of fine grains and high temperature can easily lead to the adsorption of fine particles on the grinding ball. Due to the long and costly manual cleaning, the customer was looking for a solution to separate the grinding balls from the fines and return them to the ball mill for circulation, while he wanted to separate the fragments from the calcite and the fine powder, the fine part represents the good product, and the residual fragments are returned to the grinding process and ground again to achieve the correct granularity.
AViTEQ offers its customers linear vibrating screens (VSB1500/3000-2UVK79W) with vibratory motor drive, each with 2 fine screens made of highly wear-resistant fine steel wires with high porosity and 2 × 6 mm long mesh for the upper screen and 1 × 1 mm square mesh for the lower screen. The first difficulty is that the temperature of the mixed material is 110 °C, and the heat conducted to the screen can quickly cause the screen to expand and lengthen, causing flutter and causing the screen to break, due to the use of intelligent spring tension system design, even if the screen expands longitudinally, it will not lose tension. The high proportion of calcite fine powder (97%<30μ) is the second difficulty, which is easy to block the mesh, and at the same time, due to the high temperature, it is easy to form a knot on the sieve body, and the use of vibration can solve this problem, the linear-vibrating-screen adopts an acceleration of 4.5 G, an amplitude of 8.2 mm, and a frequency of 16 2/3 Hz, which can well screen out a large proportion of fine particles without blocking the hole. In order to prevent the material from forming a knot at the bottom of the screen box, the base plate is made of high-polished stainless steel (IIIC). The inlet and outlet of the linear-vibrating-screen are made of a flexible round sleeve with a temperature resistance of up to 200°C.

TPE is a thermoplastic elastomer material that does not contain rubber components and can be plastically deformed by heating, resulting in thermoplastic behavior. The feeder is driven by the powerful and compact AViTEQmagnetic-vibrator with a ceramic lining with a radius of 140 mm and vibration sensors to monitor the operating conditions.
The ceramic lining used by the AViTEQ helps to reduce caking and also reduces wear, the rounded corners also minimize the risk of material getting stuck in any corner, and the sensor can monitor any failures in vibration delivery at an early stage. The AViTEQmagnetic-vibrator provides optimal acceleration for bulk material conveying and can be continuously adjusted from 0% to 100%, thus enabling the material to reach the desired conveying volume.
The material is measured and discharged from the silo, and the conveying volume must be controllable in the range of 0~100%. After the silo is discharged, the material is sent to the downstream belt conveyor.
Because of the requirement that the discharge speed is 0~100% adjustable, the conventional inertial vibration feeder cannot do it. Trials at AViTEQ are recommended to the customer. The experiment brought the desired results. The filling level of the box can be increased in a very short time, and the box does not have to be fixed on the countertop. The desired effect can be achieved with the smallest amplitude and a vibration width of approx. 0.15 mm. As a result, a vibrating-table VT600/800-MVC50-4 with castors was offered and sold to the customer.
Customers can now fill their wooden boxes more often. The table is movable and can be used in different parts of the company. By using Magnetic-Vibrator, there is no need to worry about maintenance. The vibrating-table is completely maintenance-free and durable.

The customer needs to unload 2 tons of screws and nuts in batches, the loading capacity of a single batch weighs 270 kg, the material must not be damaged during the conveying process, the fine particles need to be screened out, and the screws are loaded into the box at the last stage.

The weighing terminal measures the actual weight of the material (nuts and screws) in the chute, if the material is conveyed to the end of the chute by vibration, the weight loss is measured, the actual weight of the material is output to the analog output device in SPSS via an analogue quantity, and when the weight is reduced by 270 kg, the feeder stops. The system implements two control modes: external control (automatic mode) and local control (local operation).

In the waste incineration plant, the debris is disposed of and the recycled elements can be sold again. In order to reduce the pressure on the crusher, the fine parts need to be filtered out. The inside of each processing link is a negative pressure area, and the materials to be screened are easy to get stuck in the screen.

To ensure tightness, an easily removable aluminum dust cover is installed, and the easy-to-remove structure makes it easy to replace the screen.
